TERMS AND CONDITONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lady Bug Pest Control / ladybugpci.com (the "Site"), including creating accounts, uploading content, making payments, and receiving SMS/text messages from Lady Bug Pest Control (the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Site, creating an account, uploading content, making a payment, providing your phone number, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

2. User Accounts You may create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. User-Generated Content You may upload, post, or submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, comments, files) ("User Content"). By submitting User Content:

• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from it for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
• You represent that you own or have rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• We may review, moderate, remove,      or edit User Content at any time without notice. We have no obligation to monitor or store it.

4. Payments for Services Certain features or services require payment. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes. We may change pricing with notice.

5. Feedback and Suggestions Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or reviews you provide ("Feedback") is voluntary. We may use it freely without compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.

6. Terms of Service for SMS Messaging - Recipient We send SMS/text messages primarily to current customers for transactional/informational purposes (e.g., order confirmations, appointment reminders, payment updates, account alerts, support) and occasionally for marketing/promotional purposes related to your existing relationship (e.g., special offers, renewals).

•  By opting in to receive SMS communication from Ladybug Pest Control Inc., you may expect to receive SMS messages for use in troubleshooting and testing. 
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to the SMS text message. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. 
• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to Info@ladybugpci.com or call ( 702 ) 382-9711.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
• As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. 
• Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our privacy policy.
• We do not send unsolicited messages to non-customers.

7. Intellectual Property The Site and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Services provided "as is." No warranties of accuracy, availability, or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months (or $100 if none).

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use, User Content, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

10. Termination We may terminate or suspend access anytime for violations or at our discretion.

11. Governing Law Governed by Nevada law. Disputes in the Clark County, Nevada courts.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
